Over time, I noticed a pattern in how my work with clients naturally unfolds. I shaped this into the Recentering Framework as a gentle guide for the therapy process.
This is not a rigid formula, but a reflection of how healing tends to move; from heaviness to relief.

This is the phase where you unload everything you have been carrying for too long. I help you carry the weight and sort through what’s yours to hold and what is meant to be released.

Now that you are starting to sort through everything, we can find your center. This entails untangling distorted thoughts, rebuilding your relationship with yourself, and fully listening to your soul.

This is where things truly begin. Perhaps at this point, therapy sessions will get shorter or less frequent. Or, sessions may become deeper and more explorative than ever. Now that you’ve uncovered what was beneath the noise, we can further delve into creative and spiritual practices as you begin to step into your most empowered self.
