A Cozy Space for Looking Inward

You are in the right place if…

Anxiety keeps you from doing what you want to do.

You feel stuck in patterns of self-doubt or inner conflict.

You’re seeking a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

You’re navigating burnout, transitions, or feeling disconnected from who you are.

You want a safe space for healing that goes beyond surface-level coping and helps you understand what’s happening inside.

My approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), a parts-based therapy that helps you understand your inner world with curiosity and compassion rather than judgement.

Therapy should be comforting, personal, and open. To me, you’re not a diagnosis or someone needing to be ‘fixed’. You’re a soul seeking clarity, and my goal is to help you find just that.

To honor the core values of reflection, transformation, and relationships, starting with the relationship you have with yourself.

To provide a space where every part of you is welcome, and healing can happen without judgement or pressure.

My mission is to help you reconnect with your inner world, build self-trust, and more toward a more empowered, authentic life.

Therapy at Cozy

  • Individual therapy at Cozy Counseling is offered virtually to teens and adults in Connecticut and is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), an evidence-based approach that helps you understand and care for the different parts of yourself.

Together, we explore the parts shaped by anxiety, trauma, or self-doubt with curiosity and compassion. We work together to build self-trust, emotional regulation, and inner safety. Depending on your needs, sessions may also draw from CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing.

  • If it feels right, journaling prompts, visualizations, and art-based reflection can be part of the process. These practices offer a new language for feelings and thoughts that words alone can’t always express.

  • For clients who are open to it, therapy can include integration of spiritual or intuitive tools alongside evidence-based approaches. With over ten years of experience with tarot, I have found it can offer a meaningful avenue for insight and self-exploration.

How to Get Started

Schedule a Free Consult

Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, and we want this first step to be as easy and comfortable as possible. Cozy Counseling offers a free 15-30 minute consultation where we can meet virtually and talk about what’s bringing you here, what you’re hoping for, and any questions you may have.

By the end of our conversation, we’ll both have a better sense of whether working together feels like a good fit. If it does, we can talk about next steps. If not, I’m happy to offer referrals to support you in finding the right therapist for you.

Meet Your Therapist

Hi, I’m Caitlyn Rebeschi, LCSW, therapist and founder of Cozy Counseling.

I’m an experiential learner, and I’ve found that for sensitive people like me, uncovering the wounds beneath our daily struggles is often the most effective path toward. Because of this, I primarily work from an Internal Family Systems (IFS), a parts-based, approach.

I tend to work best with teens and adults who want to speak out and be bold, who have so much to offer the world, but who keep themselves small because staying small has felt like a way to protect or care for others.

I specialize in working with sensitive teens and adults navigating anxiety, self-doubt, and trauma.

Together, we focus on understanding every part of your identity, healing what needs care, and letting go of patterns that are no longer serving you.

In sessions, I aim to create a space that feels calm, comfortable, and free of pressure. This is a space where all parts of you are welcome, and growth can unfold at a pace that feels right.

Outside of sessions, I enjoy painting, spending time outside, and cozy evenings with my two cats. I believe in the healing power of softness, mindfulness, and creative expression.

FAQs

How much does therapy cost?

My fee for individual virtual therapy sessions is $150.

I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for Connecticut clients with financial need. If cost is a concern, we can talk more about this during your consultation.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. I am currently in network with Aetna, United Healthcare/Optum, Oxford, and Connecticare (CCI Exchange).

If your plan isn’t listed, I can provide a superbill so you can request reimbursement using your out-of-network mental health benefits.

What if I want to pay out of pocket?

Paying privately is always an option. Many clients prefer this for greater confidentiality, flexibility, or more choice in their care.

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept credit/debit cards and HSA/FSA cards.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be charged the full session fee.

Who do you work with?

I work with teens (ages 13+) and adults throughout Connecticut via telehealth.

My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, low self-esteem, and identity exploration.
