A Cozy Space for Looking Inward
You are in the right place if…
Anxiety keeps you from doing what you want to do.
You want to stop living in self-doubt.
You are seeking a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
You’re navigating burnout or life transitions.
You want a safe space for healing that goes beyond surface-level coping.
My approach is both evidence-based and intuitive, blending CBT, DBT, and IFS with journaling, guided visualization, or tarot.
Therapy should be comforting, personal, and open. To me, you’re not a diagnosis or someone needing to be ‘fixed’. You’re a soul seeking clarity, and my goal is to help you find just that.
MISSION
To honor the core values of reflection, transformation, and relationships.
To provide a space where you can be your true self with no judgement or hesitation.
My mission is to help you heal and reconnect with your most empowered self.

Welcome to Cozy Counseling
Cozy Counseling is a virtual therapy practice based in Connecticut, serving teens and adults who may be navigating mental health and want a safe space for healing. Caitlyn Rebeschi, LCSW created Cozy Counseling as a way to provide a place not just for therapy, but for self-discovery.
With our therapy services, you will feel deeply heard and understood, be able to work through past trauma without rushing the process, get to know yourself, and build self-trust.
What We Offer
-
Our individual psychotherapy services are provided virtually and available to teens and adults in Connecticut.
Some evidence-based practices used in therapy sessions includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Internal Family Systems.
-
If it feels right, journaling prompts, visualizations, and art-based reflection can be part of the process. These practices offer a new language for feelings and thoughts that words alone can’t always express.
-
I love integrating spiritual tools with therapeutic tools. I have ten years experience reading tarot and have found it to be a valuable avenue for reflection. If you’re open to it, we can explore this in sessions to deepen your connection to self and soul. Always optional, never imposed.
How to Get Started
Finding a therapist can sometimes be a challenge. That’s why we want to make this process as easy and comfortable as possible for you. Cozy Counseling offers free 15–30-minute consults. Once you’re scheduled, you will receive a link for a virtual meeting. Here, we will discuss your needs, goals, etc. By the end, we will both have a better idea if we are a good fit or not. If we are, yay! We can schedule a session and get started. If not, I can provide some referrals to help you continue searching for the right therapist.
Meet Your Therapist
My name is Caitlyn, and I’ve been a practicing psychotherapist since 2022. I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Connecticut offering virtual therapy for teens and adults.
My approach is reflective, explorative, and creative. I follow your lead based on what you need in each session, offering support that is attuned, intuitive, and grounded.
I draw from evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and IFS, and may incorporate tools such as journaling, guided visualization, or tarot if that feels aligned for you.
I’m most passionate about helping people peel back protective layers and reconnect with a deeper sense of self. I especially enjoy working with introspective, open-hearted individuals who are drawn to therapy as a space for self-discovery, emotional healing, and looking inward.
Outside of sessions, I enjoy painting, spending time outside, and cozy evenings with my two cats. I believe in the healing power of softness, mindfulness, and creative expression.
