Virtual Therapy for Teens and Adults in Connecticut
A Cozy Space for Looking Inward
Hi, I’m Caitlyn Rebeschi, LCSW and I created this therapy practice to serve as a lantern in what may be a dark and confusing time for you. If traditional therapy spaces ever felt too clinical, I’m so happy you found my page!
I offer virtual therapy for teens and adults across Connecticut who are navigating anxiety, burnout, or life transitions and want a space for healing that goes beyond surface-level coping. My approach is both evidence-based and intuitive, blending CBT, DBT, and IFS with journaling, guided visualization, or tarot.
Therapy should be comforting, personal, and open. To me, you’re not a diagnosis or someone needing to be ‘fixed’. You’re a soul seeking clarity, and my goal is to help you find just that.
About Me
My name is Caitlyn, and I’ve been a practicing psychotherapist since 2022. I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Connecticut offering virtual therapy for teens and adults.
My approach is reflective, explorative, and creative. I follow your lead based on what you need in each session, offering support that is attuned, intuitive, and grounded.
I draw from evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and IFS, and may incorporate tools such as journaling, guided visualization, or tarot if that feels aligned for you.
I’m most passionate about helping people peel back protective layers and reconnect with a deeper sense of self. I especially enjoy working with introspective, open-hearted individuals who are drawn to therapy as a space for self-discovery, emotional healing, and looking inward.
Outside of sessions, I enjoy painting, spending time outside, and cozy evenings with my two cats. I believe in the healing power of softness, mindfulness, and creative expression.

What to Expect
Healing doesn’t have to be rigid or clinical. This space is flexible, creative, and deeply attuned to you. I weave together traditional therapy with reflective tools that support you in reconnecting with your most authentic self.
-
Find a quiet, comfortable space for our sessions. Pjs, hot tea, and snuggly pets encouraged! I currently offer virtual sessions for CT residents and hope to expand to in-person in the future.
-
I draw from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. You don’t have to know what these theories are to benefit from them. We’ll use what feels most helpful to you.
-
You’re welcome to come prepared with thoughts, feelings, or journal entries, or to simply show up with whatever energy you have that day. There’s no pressure. This space is here to meet you where you are.
-
If it feels right, journaling prompts, visualizations, and art-based reflection can be part of the process. These practices offer a new language for feelings and thoughts that words alone can’t always express.
-
I love integrating spiritual tools with therapeutic tools. I have ten years experience reading tarot and have found it to be a valuable avenue for reflection. If you’re open to it, we can explore this in sessions to deepen your connection to self and soul. Always optional, never imposed.

Using an intuitive, strengths-based lens, I follow your lead with curiosity and care. We’ll explore what matters most to you- gently and at your pace. I offer grounding practices like breath-work, guided meditations, mindfulness, or parts work to support regulation and presence.

Over time, I noticed a pattern in how my work with clients naturally unfolds. I shaped this into the Recentering Framework as a gentle, three-phase approach that guides our work together.
